What Is Stock Market?

Stock Market is a live-casino game show from Evolution that recreates the feel of a fast-moving financial market. Instead of traditional cards or wheels, players make a simple prediction: will the stock finish higher or lower than where it started? Each round plays out in real time with a chart that moves up and down as the session unfolds, creating the tension of a live trading environment.

The game uses simulated market movement rather than real financial data. As the chart swings between negative and positive percentages, your bet sits in your “Portfolio,” which grows or shrinks depending on how the final value lands at the end of the session.

How to Play Stock Market

Before each Trading Session begins, you choose either Up or Down based on where you think the stock will end. Once bets close, the chart begins to move, showing random percentage changes that can range from -100% to +100%. These mid-round swings don’t determine the result but they give you a sense of what your portfolio would be worth if the round ended at that moment.

When the chart hits the end of its path, the final value is locked in. Your portfolio is updated based on that percentage movement positive if you predicted correctly, negative if not. In most versions of the game, your portfolio then cashes out automatically with a small commission applied.

Win Conditions and Payouts

Your win or loss depends entirely on the final percentage change of the stock at the end of the Trading Session. If you bet “Up” and the stock finishes higher, you win by the same percentage it increased. If it finishes lower, you lose that percentage instead. The opposite applies if you bet “Down.”

Because the result is percentage-based, outcomes scale with volatility. A small move results in a small win or loss, while a dramatic swing can significantly boost or cut your portfolio. After the result is calculated, the game pays out your updated balance with a 1% commission deducted.

Game Variants

Evolution offers several versions of Stock Market, each with small differences in how rounds flow. Some include a live host, while others are automated. In certain variants, your previous bet is automatically repeated, while in others you manually place a wager each round.

Cash-out rules also vary. Some versions automatically cash out your portfolio at the end of every round, while others let your balance carry forward until you decide to lock it in. These differences don’t change the core gameplay but can affect pacing and how you manage your risk.
